Hi,
unfortunately, credit cards were removed as a payment method a few weeks ago and won't be coming back anytime soon. However, you could buy a paysafecard through sites like Eneba, but I'm not sure if you can use it to pay in the shop (from Turkey). I think you'll get an answer fastest if you join the Discord server and create a support ticket there. They might be able to suggest other payment options.
