The Moderators can't always look up on reports, because they can be busy ingame or in real life.
Just give it a while, and then they probably gonna check it out.

Every single report will be handled by a staff member. They're watching the replays of the games where the player was reported. At some point you will get a notification that your report was handled.

In case a staff member bans a player you reported for cheating/hacking, you will also recieve a small amount of gommehd.net coins, depending on the accuracy of your previous reports.

as the other users already told you, you have to be a littlebit patient after using /report. Our system will create a replay of the current game (just like the one you entered for your recording) and save it in an internal panel. After that, a staff member will review the case and check if the player is really cheating obviously and unequivocally.
It may take some time until a staff member can process the case - always remember that they're doing that during their leisure time besides work for school etc.
But don't worry, your prove will never get lost until a staff member will process the case.
Unfortunately, we don't accept any video evidences anymore which is basically caused by a too high fake video rate. Hope you don't mind that - anyway, using /report is actually much easier than always recording and uploading a video.
