Moderation
As a moderative staff member, you will go through the following phases after the application process on your way to becoming a full-fledged moderator:
In the moderation department you will take care of all players of the server network, as well as their questions and problems. During the individual phases of the application process, you will get to know the different subdepartments of moderation in more detail and deal with specific focal points. Nevertheless, they all work together towards the same goal, regardless of rank or phase: Developing and maintaining a long-term and enjoyable gaming atmosphere and the associated professional support for the players of the server network.
We offer selected applicants the opportunity to get to know the practical work of a moderator with the help of the EMA system. If you are invited to participate in the EMA system, you can watch a certain number of replays and then rate whether the player shown in the replay is acting in violation of the rules or not. So you can prove your skills in this department even before you join the team.
So if you want to become active as a team member in the department of moderation, you should be able to spend a lot of time and motivation to take care of the users of the server network. Above all, it is important that you have fun and patience with your tasks and when answering the, sometimes repetitive, questions. A self-confident and at the same time friendly appearance towards the players is also required.
To be a team member in moderation, you must have a computer with recording capability and a decent internet upload. A minimum age does not exist.
