These rules act in addition to the General rules

§1 Applicability of these rules

1. These rules apply to the GommeHD.net Forum in addition to the General rules of the GommeHD.net network
2. By signing up on the GommeHD.net Forum, the user accepts these additional rules as well as the General rules and agrees to abide by them.

§2 Punishments

1. Possible penalties in addition to §2 section 4 of the General rules are:
   • Exclusion from a specific thread
   • Deletion of the post/ thread in question

§3 Forum regulations

1. The search feature shall be used before creating a thread to avoid unnecessary duplicates.
   
2. The forum is divided into categories and subforums. Threads should be created in the most suitable category and subforum.
   
3. As soon as a thread has been resolved, e. g. the initial question in the OP was answered or the debate is over, the thread creator can ask a staff member to close the thread.
   
4. FAQ threads regarding the network may only been published by the staff team.
5. Reporting a post or thread is only to be used if the content violates this or the other applicable rules and guidelines. Any other use of the report function is prohibited.

§4 Content rules

1. Posts and titles are to be written in an understandable language or formatting and appropriate spelling. Misleading and incomprehensible titles are to be avoided.
2. Creating posts with the intention of moving the topic up in the forum order (pushing posts) is prohibited.
   
3. Posts that solely represent an approval of previous content are to be avoided. Such content can instead be marked with "Like" (Like function).
   
4. Using the Like function with the sole purpose of increasing the number of approvals of a user (Like-botting) is prohibited.
   
5. Creating posts that do not contribute to the topic and serve the purpose of increasing the number of your own posts (posthunting) is prohibited.

§5 Accounts

1. The use of more than one account in the forum is prohibited. An exception to this is to have separate accounts that are used to provide clan pages and may be shared with other users.
