These rules act in addition to the General rules and the Minecraft rules

§1 Applicability of these rules

  1. These rules apply to the Citybuild game mode. They apply in addition to the General rules and the Minecraft rules of the GommeHD.net network.
  2. By joining the game mode Citybuild, the user accepts these additional rules as well as the following rules and agrees to abide by them:

§2 Punishments
  1. Possible penalties in addition to §2 section 4 of the General rules are:
    • Deletion of plots
    • Removal of elements belonging to the player (e.g. items, levels, money)

§3 General guidelines
  1. Outside the PvP area, the killing of other players in any form is prohibited. This includes spawn traps, but also killing other players with lava, spleefing, or similar means. Intentionally luring players to certain positions in order to inflict damage on them is forbidden (e.g. TPA-trapping, warp-trapping, etc.). The attempt to do so will be punished in the same way.
  2. Taking items or blocks when leaving a plot without prior agreement, picking up items without permission of the owner or player who dropped them, or any kind of destruction of items or structures without permission is prohibited. This rule is not exclusive to plot worlds, but is indifferently applicable to farm worlds as well.
  3. Chat messages and corresponding replies to them are to be written in the designated chat. For example, the trade chat is used for any communication regarding trading activities (e.g. advertising for stores as well as buying and selling items). The plot chat should be used for arranging events (e.g. skinevent, dropevent, auctions).
  4. Any disturbing noises or severe client-side and server lags are prohibited
  5. Building on plots with the aim of severely damaging the image of surrounding properties is prohibited.
  6. Inappropriate buildings and structures will be removed without a refund of the items.
  7. Earning job rewards without playing actively (e.g. by using AFK farms) is prohibited.
  8. Spawnplots must be reasonably built on within a period of six weeks after taking possession of the plot.
  • Spawnplots are the first three rows of all plot worlds (the row of a subplot can be checked with /plot row).
  • A reasonable building is, for example, if the plot could be used for housing purposes or is otherwise built on in a scenic way. In general, the building should not have a negative impact on the overall appearance of the surrounding properties.
  • The visible portions of such properties may not be used for larger farms.
  • The server team reserves the right to extend the deadline on an individual basis if special circumstances arise. A request for an extension of the deadline can be made here with the prefix "Spawnplot".
  • Failure to comply with these regulations may result in affected plots being moved or deleted.

§4 Duplicated items
  1. An item is considered duplicated if it was not obtained in a usual way. This applies, for example, to items that have been duplicated by bugusing.
  2. Trading duplicated items is prohibited.
  3. Should you possess obviously duplicated items, you need to destroy them on your own (e.g. by burning them in lava or fire) or hand them over to a staff member.
  4. Should an item in a player's possession be revealed to be duplicated at a later point, the staff has the right to seize that item with no reimbursement.

§5 Modifications and other tools
  1. Modifications that serve as building templates and do not automatically place or remove blocks or items may be used on the CityBuild Plot worlds.
Using these modifications in other game modes (like MasterBuilders) is not allowed.
  2. Using special clients that let the Minecraft player automatically perform certain actions (movements, commands, etc.) is prohibited.

§6 Plot Moving
  1. Players can in rare cases request the plot of another player to be moved, should the plot hinder their own plots of merging. More information about moving plots can be found here: https://www.gommehd.net/forum/threads/plot-move-anforderungen.941068
